Mermaid Balloon Animal Tutorial

This week is all about MERMAIDS!!! 🧜‍♀️ Why? No special reason other than I've ALWAYS loved mermaids and literally cannot believe I haven't done a Tutorial Tuesday on a Mermaid balloon before!!!
